We would like to import Monoethylene Glycol. We as buyers, are interested in purchasing 2 tons of MEG (Monoethylene Glycol). The MEG should be in liquid form and used for textile purposes. We require the MEG to have a clear appearance without any suspended matter. The desired color (APHA) should be 5 or lower. The specific gravity should range from 1.112.8 to 1.113.8 (at 20/20℃). The distillation range should have an initial boiling point (I.B.P) of 196℃ minimum and a final boiling point of 199℃ maximum. The moisture content should not exceed 0.08% by weight. The iron content (as Fe) should be 0.1 ppm or less. The acidity (as Acetic Acid) should be 0.005% or lower. The ash content should be 0.005 g/100ml or lower. The chloride content (as Cl) should not exceed 0.5 ppm. The maximum DEG (Diethylene Glycol) content should be 800 ppm. The MEG should have minimum UV transmittance values of 80.0% at 220nm, 92.0% at 275nm, and 99.0% at 350nm.

Regarding delivery, we prefer CIF Zhangjiagang, China, or FOB Saudi Arabia. Payment will be made through a Letter of Credit (LC).
